日本の街道を歩くプロジェクトから生まれた「カツオトレイル」をテーマにしたTシャツ。フロントにはカツオのイラスト、背面には街道にまつわる地名や距離などをデザインしています。ダークグレーで刷ったカツオのイラストに、ヒレ部分のみシルバーインクを数ミリずらして重ね刷りし、手刷りのシルクスクリーンならではの技法により、躍動感のある表情を表現しました。デザインは、釣りと魚を愛する謎のクリエイティブユニット「O／S／C」によるものです。
2025年春に開通した、PAPERSKYが提案する「カツオトレイル」は、静岡県焼津市を起点に、静岡市・藤枝市・島田市を経て、南アルプス南端の川根本町へと至る、総距離約200km、獲得標高6,300mの周回ルート。古くから各町は大井川を通じて文化や物資、人の交流を育んできました。その歴史を、焼津の名産・カツオを象徴に掘り下げたのが「カツオトレイル」です。
「KATSUO T」は、日本に残る旧街道を歩くことをライフワークとする現代の旅人・ルーカス B. B.が届ける「KAIDO T」シリーズの第4弾。旅や釣りはもちろん、日常使いにもぴったりの一枚です。
Wear the freshest fish!
PAPERSKY is proud to announce the release of our KATSUO (Bonito) T-shirt, celebrating one of Japan’s freshest new trails: The Katsuo Trail. This 210-kilometer loop is designed for hikers, cyclists, and runners, starting on the Pacific coast in Yaizu, Shizuoka, and winding inland toward the Southern Alps. With 6,300 meters of climbing, it’s a tough, deeply rewarding journey from sea to mountains. Shaped by fishing culture, mountain traditions, and the Ōigawa River basin, the route is rooted in Trail Learning—“to walk is to learn”—inviting travelers to slow down, sharpen their senses, and connect with the land.
Our Katsuo T was designed by the talented, fish-loving design unit O/S/C—the same team behind our Saba-T (mackerel), Buri-T (yellowtail) and Maguro-T (tuna). For this Katsuo edition, we kept the design and colors smart and simple, and added a special touch: a silver hand-screen print on the fish’s fin.
