What payment methods does the Papersky store accept? 
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal. 
How do I make an exchange or receive a refund? 
When you receive your item(s), please check them immediately. We are unable to exchange or accept return
item(s) when it is NOT result of our error. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and include tags attached if applicable.
PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO INFORM US BEFORE YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK. Beware that you will need the original sales receipt that includes your purchased item(s) when returning. 
We CANNOT accept returns of certain items, such as;
1) Any item that is returned without sending us an e-mail within 7 days after delivery.
2) Any item that has obvious signs of use.
3) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please note: 
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. 
• Swimwear is non-refundable under any circumstances. 
Is the store secure?
Yes. Purchases are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption on each transaction through our online payment gateway. We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. 
How can I find out if my order has shipped / where can I find a tracking number for my order?
An email with a tracking number will be sent out after your order has been confirmed. 
How long does it take for an item to ship?
Please allow 2-3 weeks on international orders.
