Our new soft fleece, winter warm, foldable ear flop, ‘P-Cap’ is made in honor of one of our all-time favorite literary characters, Holden Caulfield. The sensitive, rebellious, and disillusioned sixteen-year-old protagonist of J.D. Salinger’s novel, who hates all things “phony,” inspired us to create a cap that was genuinely made with love, warmth, and reality for high-performance city wanderings as well as high mountain journeys and chilly morning cycling.
Once again, we teamed up with our good ‘milliner’ friends at Halo Commodity to create a snug-fitting, toasty, breathable, unisex, and excellent-looking winter cap.
The Papersky ‘P’ lettering is done by our long-long-time friend, artist, and collaborator Jerry Ukai – also the master mind behind our Hike & Bike T-shirt and featured as the guest in Papersky’s Shizuoka issue.
